The Company was incorporated on 27-03-1995 as AMRUT SECURITIES LIMITED as Public Limited Company with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat having its Registered office at 8, Pavan Chambers, M. G. Road, Gondal – 360 311, Gujarat.

Today the Company has diversified its business to Dredging & Shipping activities.

The company changed its name from “AMRUT SECURITIES LIMITED” to “AMRUT DREDGING & SHIPPING LIMITED” for focusing on Dredging contracts & the related allied activities.

The company also deals in the following activities:
Cargo Ship and Chemical Tankers, Bunker Sales at all Indian Ports, Bunker Storage Tanks, Dredger Owners & Operators, Off -Shore Tugs, Crew Boats, Ballast and Slop Barges, Dredging Contractors, etc.
